The following designated standards and technical specifications have been applied:

  • EN ISO 12100:2010 – Safety of machinery Hydraulic fluid power. General rules and safety requirements for systems and their components.
  • BS EN ISO 4413:2010 – Hydraulic fluid power. General rules and safety requirements for systems and their components.
  • ISO 3744:2010 – Acoustics — Determination of sound power levels and sound energy levels of noise sources using sound pressure.

An internal control of production with assessment of technical documentation and periodical checking has been carried out by ANP CERTIFICATION LTD. (Approved Body, number 8500). Technical files are held by Ray Neilson at the Altrad Belle address stated above.

Product Usage Instructions

To use the Belle 870/40000/7 11/22 Bulldog & HPP Power Packs, follow the steps below:

  1. Ensure that the power pack is placed on a stable and level surface.
  2. Check the fuel level and add petrol/diesel as required.
  3. Connect the hydraulic tools to the power pack using the appropriate fittings.
  4. Start the power pack by following the startup procedure outlined in the separate startup guide.
  5. Once the power pack is running, operate the hydraulic tools as needed.
  6. Monitor the sound power level and ensure it remains within the specified range.
  7. After use, turn off the power pack and disconnect the hydraulic tools.
  8. Store the power pack in a dry and secure location.
