Mount

The Pneumatic Arm Dual Ultrawide Monitor Desk Mount is a product
designed to mount two monitors at once to a desk. It comes with two
upper arms, two lower arms, two VESA plates, one base, one upper
clamp, one lower clamp, one cable clamp clip, one grommet plate,
one support plate, one knob, and four pads. The product has a
weight capacity of 2.2-30.9lbs (1-14kg) per arm and is equipped
with gas spring tension to adjust the position of the monitors.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Option A: Clamp Installation
   1. Secure Upper Clamp (E) to the underside of Base (D) using
      M6x10mm Flathead Screws (S-B) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-B).
   2. Remove the adhesive backing and apply Pads (K) to the underside
      of Base (D).
   3. Connect Lower Clamp (F) to the front of Upper Clamp (E) using
      M6x10mm Screws (S-B) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-B).
   4. For desktops 10-55mm (3/8 to 2 1/4) thick, use top holes on
      Upper Clamp. For desktops 50-85mm (2 to 3 3/8) thick, use the
      bottom two holes.
   5. Secure clamp assembly to the desktop by tightening the hand
      bolt.
   6. Affix Cable Clamp Clip (G) to the back of clamp assembly.
2. Option B: Grommet Installation
   1. Insert Carriage Bolt (S-A) into Grommet Plate (H) and secure it
      to the underside of Base (D) using M6x10mm Flathead Screws (S-B)
      and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-B).
   2. Peel back the adhesive backing and apply Pads (K) to the
      underside of Base (D).
   3. Place the base assembly over the grommet hole in the desktop
      and place Support Plate (I) and Knob (J) on the end of Carriage
      Bolt (S-A). Tighten Knob (J) to secure.
3. Place Lower Arms (B) onto Base (D) and secure by tightening set
   screws with 3mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
4. Install Upper Arms (A) on Lower Arms (B) and tighten set screws
   with 3mm Allen Wrench (T-A) to secure.
5. Secure VESA Plates (C) to the back of monitors using
   appropriate Screws (M-A thru M-D), M6 Washers (M-E), and 6mm Allen
   Wrench (T-C). Use Spacers (M-F) for curved monitor.
6. Place monitors with VESA Plates (C) onto Upper Arms (A) and
   secure with M6x12mm Thumbscrews (S-C).
7. While holding Upper Arm (A) in the horizontal position, adjust
   the gas spring tension using 6mm Allen Wrench (T-C).
   • Decrease Strength – If the arm raises up, turn the adjustment
     screws clockwise until it holds the monitor in a horizontal
     position.

YEARS. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED. Also, DO NOT EXCEED WEIGHT
CAPACITY. Failure to do so may result in serious injury. USE OF
TIPOVER RESTRAINTS MAY ONLY REDUCE, BUT NOT ELIMINATE RISK OF
TIPOVER.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

STEP 1 (Option A)
Clamp Installation Secure Upper Clamp (E) to the underside of Base (D) using M6x10mm Flathead Screws (S-B) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-B). Remove adhesive backing and apply Pads (K) to the underside of Base (D).

E Connect Lower Clamp (F) to the front of Upper Clamp (E) using M6x10mm Screws (S-B) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-B). For desktops 10-55mm (3/8″ to 2 1/4″) thick, use top holes on Upper Clamp. For desktops 50-85mm (2″ to 3 3/8″) thick, use the bottom two holes.

Secure clamp assembly to desktop by tightening the hand bolt. Affix Cable Clamp Clip (G) to the back of clamp assembly.

Grommet Installation Insert Carriage Bolt (S-A) into Grommet Plate (H) and secure to underside of Base (D) using M6x10mm Flathead Screws (S-B) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

Peel back adhesive backing and apply Pads (K) to underside of Base (D).

D Place base assembly over grommet hole in desktop and place Support Plate (I) and Knob (J) on the end of Carriage Bolt (S-A). Tighten Knob (J) to secure.

STEP 2
Place Lower Arms (B) onto Base (D) and secure by tightening set screws with 3mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Install Upper Arms (A) on Lower Arms (B) and tighten set screws with 3mm Allen Wrench (T-A) to secure.

STEP 3
Secure VESA Plates (C) to back of monitors using appropriate Screws (M-A thru M-D), M6 Washers (M-E), and 6mm Allen Wrench (T-C). Use Spacers (M-F) for curved monitor.

Place monitors with VESA Plates (C) onto Upper Arms (A) and secure with M6x12mm Thumbscrews (S-C).

While holding Upper Arm (A) in the horizontal position, adjust the gas spring tension using 6mm Allen Wrench (T-C).

Adjusting Tension

Decrease Strength – If the arm raises up, turn the adjustment screws clockwise until it holds the monitor in a horizontal position.
Increase Strength – If the arm does not have enough movement, turn the adjustment screws counterclockwise.

CAUTION To avoid damage to the monitor and mount, always keep the arm in a horizontal position while making
adjustments.

Lower Arm (B): 1. Slide covers forward to remove. 2. Place cables in covers. 3. Connect inner tabs to clips on arm to secure in place.

Upper Arm (A): 1. Pull tabs outward on lower portion of covers. 2. Pull upper tabs outward to fully remove covers. 3. Place cables in covers. 4. Re-install by snapping upper tabs in place, then snap lower tabs on to fully secure.

Adjustments
Adjust monitor placement as desired. Allen Wrenches (T-B, T-C) can be stored in Cable Clamp Clip (G) for future adjustments.
