The Pneumatic Arm Single Ultrawide Monitor Desk Mount is
designed to hold a single monitor and can support a weight capacity
of 4.4-44 lbs (2-20 kg). It comes with a desk clamp and grommet
option for installation and includes all necessary hardware. The
mount is also equipped with a pneumatic arm that allows for easy
height adjustment and positioning of the monitor.

Assembly Steps
Step 1
Cut the shipping tie from Arm (A) while firmly holding the two
halves close together. Slowly release the pressure and allow it to
gradually open up to reach full extension.

Step 2: Option A – Desk Clamp
- Assemble Upper Clamp (B) to the underside of Arm (A) using
M6x12mm Screws (S-C) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Place Pad (F) to
bottom of Upper Clamp (B). - Loosen bolts on Lower Clamp (C) using 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B).
Turn Clamp over and place Support Plate (H) over bolt ends. - Slightly loosen back side screws on Lower Clamp (C), allowing
6mm to be exposed. Slide Lower Clamp (C) into the appropriate
keyholes of Upper Clamp (B) based on desktop thickness. Use lower
holes for desktops 50-85mm (2 to 3 3/8) thick, and upper holes for
desktops 10-58mm (3/8 to 2 1/4). - Secure screws on Lower Clamp (C) using 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
Tighten lower bolts on Lower Clamp (C) to secure to desktop using 6
mm Allen Wrench (T-B).

Step 2: Option B – Grommet
- Assemble Grommet Plate (G) to under side of Arm (A) using
M6x12mm Screws (S-C) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Apply Pad (F) to
Grommet Plate (G). - If you are using an existing grommet hole, ensure that it is at
least 10mm (3/8) in diameter and no more than 60mm (2 3/8). Desktop
should be between 10mm-48mm (3/8 to 1 7/8). For desktops without an
existing gromment hole, use a 3/8 (10mm) drill bit to drill through
desktop. - Place mount asembly over gromment hole and secure to desktop
using Support Plate (H), Bolt (C1), and 6mm Allen Wrench
(T-B).

Step 3
Connect VESA Plate (D) to Arm (A) using Spacer (S-A), M8x25mm
Screw (S-B), and 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B). Ensure that hexagon side
of space is facing upward towards VESA Plate (D). Remove Thumbscrew
(D1) from back of VESA Plate (D). Separate Front VESA Plate (D2)
from Back VESA Plate (D3). Set aside.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

Remove Bolts (C1) from Lower Clamp (C) using 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B). Insert one Bolt (C1) into middle hole of Support Plate (H).

If you are using an existing grommet hole, ensure that it is at least 10mm (3/8″) in diameter and no more than 60mm (2 3/8″). Desktop should be between 10mm-48mm (3/8″ to 1 7/8″) . For desktops without an existing gromment hole, use a 3/8″ (10mm) drill bit to drill through desktop.

STEP 4
Connect Front VESA Plate (D2) to back of Monitor using appropriate Screws (M-A, M-B), M5 Washers (M-C), and a Phillips Screwdriver.

To mount the monitor, begin by lining up the tabs on Front VESA Plate (D2) with the slots on Back VESA Plate (D3). Insert tabs into slots and re-install Thumbscrew (D1) into Back VESA Plate (D3) to secure.

While holding the arm in the horizontal position, adjust the gas spring tension using 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B).
How to adjust if… T-B
ARM DROPS – If the arm drops, turn the adjustment screw counter clockwise until it holds the monitor in a horizontal position.
CAUTION – To avoid damage to the monitor and mount, always keep the arm in a horizontal position while making adjustments.

ARM RISES – If the arm raises up, turn the adjustment screw lockwise until it holds the monitor in a horizontal position.
STEP 7
Remove Cable Cover (A1) from Arm (A) by sliding it forward. Route cables and replace Cover (A1). Place Clamp Cable Clip (E) onto backside of assembly for additional cable management. 4mm and 6mm Allen Wrenches (T-A, T-B) can be stored in slots for future adjustments.

To keep mount stable, do not extend arm fully behind desktop edge.

Adjust the tilt using the 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B).
