Product Information: MODEL CMA-181GW Parts Manual
The MODEL CMA-181GW is a dishwashing machine designed and
manufactured by CMA Dishmachines. The machine comes with an initial
parts kit (P/N 1100.66) that includes various components such as
motor contactor, heater contactor, timer motor, ice cube relay,
solenoid coil, rocker switches, drain valve, pump seal kit, heater
thermostat, microswitch, and dual temperature display kit.
Additionally, the machine has a cabinet assembly that comprises
multiple parts including side panel, pump front, scrap basket, tray
track, lower front panel, body, leg, door gasket, gasket bracket,
screws, nuts and washers. The door assembly of the machine includes
parts such as door support rod block, door hinge, door magnet, and
flathead screw.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Assemble the cabinet by following the mechanical drawings
provided in the parts manual. - Install the parts included in the initial parts kit (P/N
1100.66) as per the instructions mentioned in the manual. - Ensure that the machine is connected to a suitable power source
and water supply. - Load the dishes to be washed in the machine as per the
recommended capacity. - Add detergent and other necessary chemicals to the machine as
per the manufacturer’s instructions. - Select the appropriate wash cycle and start the machine.
- Monitor the machine during the wash cycle and take appropriate
action in case of any issues or errors. - Once the wash cycle is complete, unload the dishes and inspect
them for cleanliness. - Clean and maintain the machine regularly as per the
