EST-66 High Temperature Conveyor Dishwasher

Product Information: EST-66 Dishwashing Machine

The EST-66 is a commercial dishwashing machine manufactured by
CMA Dishmachines. The machine comes with several components and
parts that are required for its operation. These components are
listed in the parts manual that comes with the machine. The manual
also includes exploded view drawings that provide a detailed view
of each part and its location in the machine. The following are
some of the key components of the EST-66:

1. Initial Parts Kit

The initial parts kit contains all the necessary parts and

2. Table Limit Switch (P/N 13469.20)

Product Usage Instructions

Before using the EST-66 dishwashing machine, it is important to
assemble all the required parts and components as per the
instructions provided in the parts manual. Once the machine is
assembled, follow these usage instructions:

1. Ensure that the table limit switch is in the correct position
   before operating the machine.
2. If the drain water tempering kit is installed, adjust the
   temperature of the drain water as per the instructions provided in
   the manual.
3. Turn on the power supply to the machine.
4. Select the appropriate wash cycle and load the dishes into the
   machine.
5. Close the door of the machine and start the wash cycle.
6. Once the wash cycle is complete, open the door of the machine
   and unload the dishes.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 for subsequent wash cycles.
8. Periodically clean and maintain the machine as per the
   instructions provided in the manual.
