Product Information

The PIR Standalone Motion Sensor with One DALI Channel Output is
a versatile motion sensor designed for indoor use. It operates at a
frequency of 2.4 GHz – 2.483 GHz and has a transmission power of 4
dBm. The sensor has a range of 10-30 meters, making it suitable for
various applications.

The sensor utilizes the Mesh protocol for communication and is
compatible with a voltage range of 220-240VAC at 50/60Hz. It has a
low standby power consumption and provides switched power when
motion is detected. The sensor employs a warming-up mechanism to
ensure accurate detection.

With different models available, the detection range varies. The
HBIR29/SV model has a maximum detection range, followed by
HBIR29/SV/R, HBIR29/SV/H, and HBIR29/SV/RH. The sensor offers a
wide detection angle and operates within a specified temperature
range. It has an IP rating for protection against dust and
moisture.

The product complies with relevant standards and certifications,
ensuring its quality and reliability.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Ensure the sensor is installed in a suitable location within
    the recommended detection range.
  2. Connect the sensor to a power source using the specified
    voltage range.
  3. Refer to the user manual for any additional installation
    instructions specific to your application.
  4. If necessary, adjust the detection angle of the sensor to suit
    your requirements.
  5. When the sensor is powered on, it will enter the warming-up
    phase. Wait for this phase to complete before expecting accurate
    motion detection.
  6. The sensor will provide switched power when motion is detected
    within its range. Connect the DALI channel output to the desired
    device or lighting system.
  7. For any troubleshooting or further information, refer to the
    Hytronik website or contact customer support.

the provided cable clamps, then clip terminal covers to the base. 5. Fit detection blind (if required) and desired lens. 6. Clip fascia to body. 7. Bend back springs and insert into ceiling.

Pluggable screw terminal. It is recommended to make connections to the terminal before fitting to the sensor.

4.Mesh Factory Reset
The device HBIR29/SV can be reset by placing a strong magnet (e.g. N38 neodymium magnet, d=10mm*h=4mm) near the sensor lens for 5 seconds. Once the factory reset is done successfully, the luminaire flashes and then permanent on, then the device is being able to be re-commissioned by SILVAIR app.

5.To Reprovision
Place a strong magnet on the site of the Reset/Hall effect sensor (see diagram 4 below). To trigger the reset the magnet must be held in position for 5 seconds.

Note: When change the lens part of HBIR29/SV, please kindly make sure that the lens fits the right location, where the “Reset dot” and “BLE dot”matches with the physical location on the PCB.
