- Test for suction at the motor duct
- Remove dirt container & filter
- Plug machine in and turn on
- Place hand over the vent area where the top of the tank connects
- If no suction here, Contact Us
- If there is suction, turn off and unplug machine
- Empty dirt tank
- Remove debris from filter
- Filter can be washed in mild soap and warm water
- Allow to completely air dry (24 – 48 Hrs) before reinstalling
- Insert filter back into dirt tank
- Vacuum should never be operated without the filter in place
- Replacement filters can be ordered
- Before inserting dirt tank
- Detach the foot by pressing the release tab on the lower back of the machine
- Clear any debris at the suction channel on the end of the hand vac
- Clear debris from suction opening on the top of the foot assembly
- You should be able to see the brush through the suction opening
- Clear all hair and debris from the brush roll
- Do not attempt to remove the brush cover – disassembling it will destroy the foot and void the warranty
- Reattach foot assembly, install filter into dirt tank & attach to machine
- If the hand vac has suction but there is no suction at the floor, a new foot assembly can be ordered
