If your machine appears to have No/Low Suction, follow these steps to resolve:
- Turn machine on and test for spray – Is there spray?
- Yes > Lower handle and remove tank
- No > Go to No Spray
- Turn machine on and test for suction at rectangular motor duct where tank lid connects to machine
- Does machine have suction at the motor duct?
- Yes > Turn off & unplug machine
- No > visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
- Does machine have suction at the motor duct?
- Where is there no suction from?
- The Foot > Go to No Suction in Foot
- The Hose > Go to No Suction at Hose
