- Empty dirty water tank
- Make sure the dirty water tank is fully locked into machine
- Check the drain plug on the dirty water tank
- If missing/mis-assembled, replace drain plug
- Check for suction at the motor duct, located behind the collection tank
- If there is no suction at motor duct, recharge machine
- If there is suction, check tank for damage and replace if necessary
- If there is still no suction, visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
