If you are experiencing No/Low Suction, follow these steps to resolve:
- Check that the battery is fully charged
- A fully charged battery will have 3 blue lights when turned on
- Remove the dirty water tank
- Inspect for damage (cracks or deformations)
- If damaged, a new dirty water tank should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies
- Empty tank dirty water tank into sink
- Check that the plug is secured on the tank
- Remove the formula tank and unlatch the front nozzle
- Clean the nozzle
- Reattach the front nozzle by hooking the lower edge onto the machine and snapping into place
- Reattach the clean water tank until you hear a click
