If your vacuum is not suctioning like it used to it is likely due to an obstruction in the air pathway
Follow these steps to resolve:
- Remove the Brush Attachment
- Turn On > Is there suction at the Dirt Tank opening?
- Yes > Go to Brush Attachment
- No > Remove Dirt Cup
- Turn On, hold hand over Circular Suction Inlet (where Dirt Tank connects)
- Is there suction at the Circular Suction Inlet?
- Yes > This would indicate the Filter needs to be cleaned
- Go to Cleaning Filters
- No > Please Contact Us
- Yes > This would indicate the Filter needs to be cleaned
