- Check the outlet being used to charge machine
- Test the outlet with a different device, like a cell phone charger or small appliance
- Verify correct charger is being used
- Label on charger should have Model SSC-185035US
- If Charger is damaged > Replace Charger > Go to Parts & Supplies
- Plug the charger into the port on back of machine
- Plug the outlet end into a functioning outlet
- The machine should be in the “Off” position to charge
- Charge light will be red during charging
- Charge light will turn off once fully charged
- Adaptor should become warm during charging
- Takes 5 hours to fully charge
- Runtime is about 15 minutes
