- Remove motorized brush by pressing the button and pulling out
- Clean debris from brush tool
- Use a coin to turn dial from “locked” to “unlock”
- Push the brush end cover off to expose the brush roll
- Remove brush roll
- Clear any debris or clogs
- Reassemble brush roll and check if now turning
- If the brush roll is still not turning, the motorized power foot should be replaced
