- Verify the correct charger is being used
- Model ZD5F230030US
- Only this charger should be used
- Inspect charger prongs & cord
- If cord is damaged (not smooth) or prongs are damaged, replace charger
- Plug the charger into the port on the machine
- Plug the outlet end into a functioning outlet
- If the outlet does not work, unplug and test a different device (phone charger) in the same outlet
- Test another outlet if this does not work
- If machine turns on then off after a few seconds and light is solid green while charging, see Brush Not Turning steps
- The machine should be in the “OFF” position to charge
- The Charge light will blink red during charging
- Charge light will turn green once fully charged – after 10 mins of being fully charged, the green light will flash once per minute
- Takes 8 hours to fully charge
- Adaptor may become warm during charging – this is normal
