If you are experiencing No/Low Suction, follow these steps to resolve:
- Are the brushes turning?
- No > Go to Brush Not Turning
- Yes > Turn off and unplug machine
- Remove front nozzle by lifting under the hose access door
- Rinse nozzle and brush roll cover under water
- Use nozzle clean out tool to unclog hair and debris
- Reinstall front nozzle
- Line up and insert all three tabs and rotate back until the top snaps back into place
- Machine may have to be leaned back slightly to align all three tabs properly
- Securely close attachment door
- Line up and insert all three tabs and rotate back until the top snaps back into place
- Turn on and check for suction by performing a few wet cleaning and dry strokes
