- Check to ensure the bare floor tool is not attached while using on carpet
- Remove and empty the dirty water tank
- Check for suction at the motor duct
- If there’s no suction here, please visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us

- Remove the foam filter located in the dirty water tank and clean with warm water
- Let completely dry before placing back in the tank

- Inspect the dirty water tank for any cracks or damage
- Remove the front nozzle by pulling the nozzle up from the plastic tabs, inspect for any cracks or damage

- Clean front nozzle by running under water
- If there’s still no suction, please visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
