EX35 Handheld Fiber Fusion Splicer
Product Information
The EX35 is a handheld fiber fusion splicer designed to enable
fast and efficient splicing of fibers. It features a 3.5-inch TFT
screen with 200X magnification and can save up to 10,000 splicing
results and 100 images. The splicer has a battery capacity of
2600mAh, allowing for circular welding up to 100 times, including
heating. With its small volume and lightweight design, it is easily
portable. The product also includes special V-groove, 3 in 1
holders, removable SOC clamps, and durable ceramic fiber pressure
heads. It is suitable for various fiber types, including SM (G652
& G657), MM (G651), DS (G653), and NZDS (G655). The splicer has
a return loss of better than 60dB and an average splicing loss of
0.01dB.
Product Usage Instructions
- Prepare the fiber by cutting it to the appropriate length based
on the fiber diameter. - Place the fiber in the splicer’s fiber clamp, ensuring proper
alignment. - Select the appropriate splicing program using the display
interface. - Close the splicer’s windproof cover to protect against strong
winds. - Press the splicing button to initiate the splicing process. The
splicer will quickly splice the fibers in approximately 9
seconds. - If required, adjust the heating time and temperature using the
display interface. - Press the heating button to initiate the heating process. The
splicer will heat the fusion point in approximately 35
seconds. - Once the splicing and heating processes are complete, remove
the fused fiber from the splicer. - Repeat the above steps for additional splicing and heating as
needed. - After use, clean the splicer and store it in the provided
carrying bag for safekeeping.
