Product Information
The FX39 Trunk Optical Fiber Fusion Splicer (FLT) is a
high-performance fusion splicer designed for fast and efficient
splicing of optical fibers. It features a 6S fast splicing
capability and a 16S rapid heating function, ensuring quick and
reliable splicing results. The splicer has a 4.3 inch LCD color
display for easy operation and viewing of splicing results.
The FX39 splicer is equipped with a durable ceramic fiber
pressure head and a six-motor positioning system, ensuring precise
alignment and low splice loss of 0.01dB. It has a replaceable
universal fixture and can accommodate various fiber types including
SM, MM, DS, and NZDS. The splicer supports core-to-core alignment
for optimal splicing accuracy.
With a 7800mAh lithium battery, the FX39 splicer can perform up
to 400 cycles of splicing and heating. It has a long electrode
service life of approximately 5000 discharges. The splicer can
store up to 10000 sets of splicing results and 2000 sets of images
for easy data management.
The FX39 splicer is designed for durability and convenience. It
comes with a silicone protective cover that effectively protects
against water, falls, and vibrations. The splicer also features
real-time discharge correction for stable splicing accuracy. It has
a USB interface for convenient data download and software updates.
The compact size of the splicer makes it easy to carry and
transport.
Product Usage Instructions
- Prepare the optical fibers for splicing by stripping the
cladding and coating according to the recommended diameter ranges
(80-150μm cladding diameter, 100-1000μm coating diameter). - Place the fibers in the splicer’s replaceable universal fixture
or SOC fixture (optional) for alignment. - Select the appropriate splicing mode and adjust the heating
time based on the fiber type and desired heat shrinkable length
(20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, or 60mm). - Press the splicing button to initiate the splicing process. The
splicer will perform a fast splice in approximately 6 seconds. - Inspect the splicing result on the 4.3 inch LCD color display.
The average splice loss should be within the specified limits
(0.02dB for SM, 0.01dB for MM, 0.04dB for DS and NZDS). - If necessary, adjust the heating time and perform the heat
shrink process using the splicer’s heating function. The heating
process takes approximately 16 seconds. - Store the splicing results and images in the splicer’s memory
for future reference.
