My Big Green® Machine Professional Carpet Cleaner Brush Will Not Turn | Support

If your machine’s brush does not appear to be turning, follow these steps to resolve:

• Brush only turns when the handle is reclined
  • Has this resolved the issue?
    • Yes > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!
    • No > Continue troubleshooting

• Turn machine off and unplug it
• Remove the dirty and clean water tanks from the base of the machine

• While standing behind the machine, lay it on it’s side (cord side up)

• Is there a foreign object, block, or clog in the brush roll?
  • No > Go to Replacing the Belt
  • Yes > Remove object, block, or clog
    • Has this resolved the issue?
      • Yes > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!
      • No > Go to Replacing the Belt
