Brushes will only turn if the machine is reclined – they will not turn in the upright position
- Unplug machine
- Remove tank and front nozzle
- Check for debris or damage to the brush rolls
- Check if brush belts on each side are in tact
- If belts are stretched or damaged, new belts will be needed
- With machine still unplugged, turn the brushes by hand
- If they turn, plug machine back in and try again
- Sometimes the brushes spin so fast, they don’t appear to be spinning
