Product Information:
This product is a TV wall mount designed for use in wood stud or
solid concrete walls. It should not be installed into drywall
alone. The wall must be capable of supporting five times the weight
of the TV and mount combined to ensure proper installation and
prevent product damage or body injury.
It is important to note that this product contains small items
that could pose a choking hazard if swallowed.
Before starting the assembly, please verify that all parts are
included and undamaged. If there are any parts shortages or
damages, please contact us for assistance.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Read the installation instructions carefully before proceeding
with the installation. - Ensure that the wall where the TV mount will be installed is a
wood stud or solid concrete wall. Do not install into drywall
alone. - Check if the wall is capable of supporting five times the
weight of the TV and mount combined. - Inspect all parts included in the package to ensure they are
present and undamaged. - If there are any parts shortages or damages, contact us for
assistance. - Start the assembly by attaching the upper arm to the TV plate
using the provided wrench. - Attach the extenders to the upper arm using screws 3A and
3B. - Attach the wall plate cover to the extenders using screws
04. - Make sure to tighten all screws securely.
- Before mounting the TV, check the maximum distance specified on
the TV plate (MAX:400mm/16) and ensure your TV is compatible with
this mount. - Follow your TV manufacturer’s instructions to mount the TV onto
the TV plate.

Thread screws by hand into the threaded holes on the back of your TV to select which screw diameter fits your TV.

Locate your studs. Verify and mark the center of the stud by finding the stud edges using an awl, a thin nail, or an edge-to-edge stud finder.

Position the upper arm 01 at your desired height and line up the holes with your stud center line. Level the wall plate and mark the pilot hole locations x2.

Step 5 Lift and Hang TV with Brackets onto Wall Bracket
Remove 2 preassembled screws and washers before
5-1 hang TV on to the wall bracket, and save them for
using to next step.
5-2 Lift and hang TV assembly onto arm and wall plate.

removed screws and washers from the previous step.

The gas spring is pre-set to minimum tension. Once TV is hanged on, hold TV with both hands and DO NOT let go suddenly or immediately. instead, leave TV in a slow & gentle way while observing whether the arms will fall

Situation 1: Arm falls down Upper Arm with TV falls down and fails to stay where intended. Solution: Turn the inside screw clockwise(“+”direction) to increase gas spring tension till the arm can stay as intended.
Situation 2: Arm rises up Upper Arm with TV rises up and fails to stay where intended. Solution: Turn the inside screw counterclockwise(“-“direction) to decrease gas spring tension till the arm can stay as intended.
As for how many circles the screw should be turned, refer to below diagram.
