Product Information: Two Handle Lavatory Centerset Faucets

This product is a two handle lavatory centerset faucet. It comes
with a 1.2GPM (4.5L/min) flow rate, making it compliant with
California water efficiency regulations. The faucet also complies
with California Proposition 65 and the Federal Safe Drinking Water
Act.

The faucet has a durable finish that can be damaged by harsh
abrasives or polish. To clean the faucet, simply wipe it gently
with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel.

In areas with extremely low water pressure, causing
unsatisfactory water flow in the basin faucet, you can replace the
2.2 GPM aerator to improve the water flow.

Product Usage Instructions

Maintenance

If the faucet exhibits very low flow:

  1. Remove and clean the aerator with your hand.
  2. Shut off the water supply valves.
  3. Replace the valve assembly.
  4. When reinstalling parts, make sure the bonnet nut is tightened
    securely with a wrench.

If the faucet leaks from under the handle:

  1. Using a wrench, ensure the bonnet nut is tight.
  2. If the leak persists, shut off the water supply valves.
  3. Replace the valve assembly.
  4. When reinstalling parts, make sure the bonnet nut is tightened
    securely with a wrench.

If the faucet leaks from the spout outlet:

  1. Shut off the water supply valves.
  2. Replace the valve assembly.
  3. When reinstalling parts, make sure the bonnet nut is tightened
    securely with a wrench.
  4. Install the valve assembly correctly for proper handle
    rotation.

Installation

Before installing the valves, clean the water pipe thoroughly to
avoid dirt and deposits. Use silicone under the base if the deck is
uneven.

  1. Attach the mounting nut to the hot and cold threaded mounting
    shanks and tighten the faucet to the basin.
  2. Attach the supply lines. Do not overtighten.
  3. Turn the water back on.

To flush debris from the plumbing system:

  1. Remove the aerator by hand.
  2. Run hot and cold water for one minute.
  3. Replace the aerator.

Repeat the above steps for the other hose connection, making
sure to connect the hose with the hot label to the hot supply valve
and the other hose to the cold supply valve. Flush the system and
check for leaks by turning on the hot and cold water supplies and
flushing the water lines for one minute. Check all connections for
leaks and retighten if necessary, but do not overtighten.

In areas with extremely low water pressure causing the basin faucet water flow to be unsatisfactory , replace the 2.2 gpm aerator to improve the water flow in the basin faucet.

Maintenance

B. Shut off water supply valves.

OPERATION
· Double levers style handles · Maximum handle(s) rotation angle is 90° to full on · Rotate hot side counter clockwise to open (clockwise to close) · Rotate cold side clockwise to open (counter clockwise to close)

Attach supply lines . Do not overtighten. Turn water back on.

1.Remove the washer (2) , black gasket (4) and nut (5) from the assembly. 2.Slide washer (2) up to underside of flange (3). Insert flange (3) and washer (2) into sink and secure with the black gasket (4) washer and nut (5) from underneath the sink. 3.Put down and check the Spring loaded stopper (1). 4. Connect assembly to drain.

Repeat for other hose connection making sure the hose with the hot label is connected to the hot supply valve and the other hose is connected to the cold supply valve. FLUSH SYSTEM/CHECK FOR LEAKS. Turn on hot and cold water supplies and flush water lines for one minute. Check all connections at arrows for leaks. Retighten if necessary, but do not overtighten.
