My Powerfresh® Steam Mop Hard Floor Steam Cleaner Has No Steam | Support

If your machine has no steam, follow these steps to resolve:

  • Turn machine on
    • Does your machine have a blue light displayed above steam level?
      • Yes > Turn machine off and Unplug it
      • No > Go to No Power
  • Check the water tank for cracks, damage, or deformities
    • If tank is damaged, a replacement should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies
    • Only water should be used in the machine
      • If other chemicals/products were used it could damage the machine
      • Rinse tank thoroughly with water before attempting to use machine again
    • Room temperature water should be used
      • Heated water could cause deformities to the tank
    • There should be a rubber gasket attached to the tip of the cap on the water tank
      • If gasket is missing/cap is cracked, cap should be replaced
    • Fill tank with room temperature water
      • Hold over sink, cap side down
      • Push up on X-Valve, water should release
        • If water does not flow from cap, the cap should be replaced
  • The water tank needs to be securely pushed into the machine
    • There should be no gaps
  • Turn machine on & check for spray
  • Has this resolved the issue?
