If your machine has no steam, follow these steps to resolve:
- Turn machine on
- Does your machine have a blue light displayed above steam level?
- Yes > Turn machine off and Unplug it
- No > Go to No Power
- Does your machine have a blue light displayed above steam level?
- Check the water tank for cracks, damage, or deformities
- If tank is damaged, a replacement should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies
- Only water should be used in the machine
- If other chemicals/products were used it could damage the machine
- Rinse tank thoroughly with water before attempting to use machine again
- Room temperature water should be used
- Heated water could cause deformities to the tank
- There should be a rubber gasket attached to the tip of the cap on the water tank
- If gasket is missing/cap is cracked, cap should be replaced
- Fill tank with room temperature water
- Hold over sink, cap side down
- Push up on X-Valve, water should release
- If water does not flow from cap, the cap should be replaced
- The water tank needs to be securely pushed into the machine
- There should be no gaps
- Turn machine on & check for spray
