- Unplug machine
- Check the entire length of the power cord for damage
- If there is damage, Contact us
- Make sure the machine is plugged into a functioning outlet
- Try an alternate outlet if the first one does not work
- The red power button should be in the ON position
- The black brush power switch should be turned on
- If the brush is not turning, unplug the machine and pull out any debris or hair from the brush
- Make sure the machine has had ample time to heat up before trying to steam mop
- If there is still no power, Contact us
