- With the machine unplugged, run hand along entire cord looking for any damage or exposed wires
- If damaged, Contact us
- Check the trigger for tension
- If there is no tension, the handle will need to be re-assembled
- Check the filter
- The filter grains should be green
- Once filters grains turn blue a new filter is needed
- Use distilled water for maximum performance of the filter
- Remove filter and check for any cracks or damage
- If the filter is damaged, contact us
- If the filter is not damaged, reinsert making sure it fits tightly and there are no gaps
- Remove mop head by unscrewing the screw on the base of the machine
- Clean the spray tips with a paper clip
- Fill tank with water and tighten the cap
- Plug the machine in
- Ready light should blink blue until the machine is hot enough to produce steam
