My Steam Mop™ Select Hard Floor Cleaner Is Leaking | Support

  • If leaving too much water on the floor, the trigger may be being held down too long
  • Remove the tank and check for any cracks or warping
  • Check that the cap is not cracked
    • If it is cracked, a new cap assembly will need to be ordered
  • Check that the rubber gasket at the tip of the cap is still attached to the machine
  • Push up on the x-valve over the sink to ensure that the water releases out of the tank
    • If there is an issue with the cap a new cap assembly will need to be ordered
  • Reinsert water tank and ensure it is pushed securely onto the machine
