- Unplug the machine
- Verify the trigger is not depressed
- Make sure the solution tube is properly inserted
- Be sure the cap and insert are properly attached to the formula tank
- The black gasket should be attached to the end of the formula tank cap
- Make certain the auto load gasket is on the collection tank
- If not, reattach it to the tank
- If it is missing, a new tank lid will need to be purchased
- If leak appears to be from a crack in either tank, the tank with the leak will need to be replaced
