If your machine appears to be leaking, follow these steps to resolve:

  • Unplug machine
  • Recline handle and remove tank
  • Take out 4 screws holding the black plate and red gasket on the bottom of the water tank
  • Press x-valve located in the center of red gasket with finger to verify the spring is freely moving in and out

  • Verify the bladder has a tight seal to the bottom of the tank by inserting a finger inside the bladder along the edge and lifting slightly upward
  • Reassemble machine
  • Does machine still appear to be leaking?
