If machine appears to be leaking, follow these steps to resolve:
- Unscrew and replace the cap and inserts on the clean tank and formula tank on your machine
- If the red rubber auto load gasket is missing, check to see if it’s stuck in the reservoir
- If red rubber auto load gasket is damaged, a new one should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies
- Check the tanks for any cracks or damage
- If tanks are damaged, cracked, or warped, a replacement should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies
