*It will be more difficult to push if the CrossWave is cleaning thick or high carpet or a sticky mess on a bare floor
- Turn machine off and remove from docking station
- Lay it down upside down to inspect wheels
- Manually spin front and rear wheels and remove any debris around them
- Turn machine on and select a cleaning mode
- Recline machine to activate brush roll
- If brush roll does not turn, refer to Brush not turning troubleshooting
- If machine is still hard to push, visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
