- Check the large back wheels, make sure they spin freely
- Remove all debris
- The small roller wheels on the underside should also spin freely
- Clear of all debris
- If roller wheels are damaged > Replace damaged part > Go to Parts & Supplies
It is normal to feel some drag when pulling backwards. This is due to the front flap – it helps to create a better seal to maximize suction and capture debris
