- Make sure the correct charger is being used.
- The charger model number is VC-SP1002D-C and can be found listed on the motor rating label on the charger
- Make sure the charger is plugged into a functioning outlet
- Charge the machine completely for 12 hours prior to first use
- Be sure the battery is fully charged
- Machine must be in “OFF” position before charging
- The red indicator light will illuminate & remain on when plugged in
- When the machine is fully charged, the red indicator light will change to green
- When the machine is fully discharged, approx. 6 hours of charging is required for battery to regain full capacity
- Machine runs up to 21 mins once fully charged
- Check to see if charger is warm at the outlet after being plugged in several minutes
- If charger is not warm, a new charger will need to be ordered
