- Unplug machine
- Open bag door
- Check if bag is inserted properly
- Bag should be inserted towards inside of dirt bin where hole faces suction inlet
- Insert bag so arrow on cardboard face is pointing down
- Once bag slides down in white bag holder, bag holder should be pulled outward to click into place
- If the bag holder is not clicked in to place, door will not close
- Door should now be able to be closed properly
- If not try readjusting the bag again or visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
