If your machine is making a loud noise, follow these steps to resolve:
- When reclined, brush will spin – this sound is normal
- Turn machine off
- Remove dirty water tank by pressing down on recessed button on top of tank
- Remove filter by grasping sides and pulling up
- Hand wash filter, screen & float indicator with warm water, remove debris
- Remove strainer from tank, discard debris & rinse
- Rinse entire tank
- The filter should be completely dry before reassembling
- Once dry, inster filter making sure edges are smooth and not folded over
- Place top piece including filter back into dirty water tank
- Angle tank back into body of machine with bottom edge first – push tank in until it clicks into place
- Tank should not be loose and there should be no gap
