If your vacuum is blowing/scattering debris try these quick steps:
- Adjust the Height Adjustment Knob to the appropriate setting for your floor type
- The Brush will continue to rotate on this model which can cause a scattering affect on bare floors
- The Hose should be completely inserted into the Lower Hose while vacuuming to prevent debris from escaping at the connection
- If you’re still experiencing blowing/scattering of debris it is likely due to a clog or blockage
