- Check to make sure the correct charger is being used
- If not, a new charger will need to be ordered
- Verify the charger is plugged into a functioning outlet
- The average run time for this machine is 12 minutes
- Be sure you are charging the machine in the “OFF” position – recommended charge time is 12 hours
- Doing the following will help establish a longer run time:
- Completely deplete the machine of all power before recharging
- Fully charge for 12 hours as the User’s Guide recommends
- The charger should be warm to the touch after being plugged in several minutes
- If it is not warm, a new charger will need to be ordered
