My Easysweep® Cordless Floor & Carpet Sweeper Has No Power | Support

  • Check to make sure the correct charger is being used
    • The charger model number listed on the motor rating label and on the charger should be: YLS0041-T060015
    • If charger is not correct, a new one will be needed
    • If using correct charger, make sure the charger is plugged into a functioning outlet
  • Verify the machine is in the OFF position while charging
    • If the machine is in the on position while charging, the machine will not charge
  • Verify the machine is fully charged
    • Battery needs to charge a full, uninterrupted 16 hours before first use
    • After first use, charge at least 16 hours to renew the battery
    • The charging indicator light will illuminate when properly connected and will not turn off when fully charged
  • Make sure the dirt cup is securely placed into the machine
    • Press down on the machine to ensure the dirt cup is in place
  • Check to see if the charger is warm at the outlet after being plugged in for several minutes
    • If charger is not warm, place order for new charger
    • If charger is warm and machine still doesn’t charge, please Contact Us
