*Machine will only run when unplugged from charger
- Check to make sure machine is fully charged
- Run time is 20 minutes when fully charged
- Check that you are using the correct charger
- There is a model number on the charger and on the back of the machine
- Plug the charger into a working outlet, then plug charger into the small red charger port on the upper-back of the machine
- The red battery light on the front will light up when the machine is charging
- If machine won’t charge in a working outlet, Contact Us
- If the machine stopped working in the middle of the cleaning it may be due to a clog
- Check the end of the hose and tool for blockages and remove if necessary
- Check the float stack for clogs and clean if necessary
- Unplug machine
- Wait 30 minutes before turning on again
