- Machine must be OFF while charging
- Check that the correct charger is being used by verifying the model number on the charger is: SSC-4W-12 US 120017
- If this is not the correct charger, a new one will need to be ordered
- If this is the correct charger, check that it is plugged into a functioning outlet
- Make sure the charger is plugged in the machine correctly
- It should be plugged into the small hole on the back with the small pin in it
- Completely use/exhaust the battery and recharge for a full 12 hours
- Repeat steps
- If charger is not warm or still no charge, visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
