If you are experience streaking, follow these steps to resolve:
- Make sure you are filling the Clean Water Tank with the correct amount of BISSELL formula
- Too much water may have been left on floor
- Go over area without pressing trigger to suction up any residual water
- Ensure you are in correct cleaning mode, hard floor mode will dispense less solution than area rug & TURBO PET mode
- Remove and clean filter and filter screen under warm water
- Allow to fully dry before reassembling
- Clean and dry your brush roll window, brush roll, brush ends, brush gear, and brush housing > Go to Brush Not Turning
- When brush roll is removed, clear any debris from the suction path behind the brush roll
- Re-insert a new brush roll and attempt a few cleaning strokes with the trigger pulled and released
- It is not recommended to use CrossWave on any waxed or unsealed floors
