My Crosswave X7 Has No Suction | Support

If you are experiencing No/Low Suction, follow these steps to resolve:

• To increase suction power turn machine to Area Rug or TURBO PET mode by hitting the mode button

        

• Take machine off of docking station
• Remove brush window by pushing the button on the top of the foot

• Remove brush pulling up on the brush roll tab

• Clear debris from suction pathway on foot behind brush roll
• Clean brush roll and brush roll window of any debris or hair wraps
  • Set brush roll in docking station and allow to fully dry before reassembling

• Turn on and test for suction
  • Is there suction?
    • Yes > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!
    • No > Turn off machine pressing the power button > Go to No Suction Dirty Water Tank
