My Featherweight/readyclean Cordless Vacuum Has No Suction | Support

If your vacuum is not suctioning like it used to it is likely due to an obstruction in the air pathway

Follow these steps to resolve:
  • Test for suction at the end of the Hand Vac
    • Remove the Hand Vac from the Handle
    • Turn ON, hold hand over end of Hand Vac
  • Is there suction at the end of the Hand Vac?
    • Yes > Go to Brush/Foot Area
    • No > Remove the Dirt Tank from the Hand Vac
      • Remove mesh Filter at end of Hand Vac
        • Turn ON, hold hand on opening at end of Hand Vac
               
  • Is there suction at the end of the Hand Vac with the Dirt Tank removed?
