My Powerglide® Cordless Vacuum Has No/low Suction | Support

  • Turn diverter knob on side to correct setting for vacuum or hose
  • Press the dirt tank release button and pull dirt tank off machine
  • Holding the tank over a trash bin, press the Release Button on back to empty
  • Twist the top to the right to open tank
  • Remove Pre-Motor Filter and clean with water and mild detergent
    • Allow to completely dry before reinstalling
    • Filter should be installed with fabric tab (text side) facing up
  • Cyclone system under filter can be broken down into 3 parts by twisting each part to the right
    • All pieces can be washed
    • Allow to completely dry before reinstalling
    • Line cyclone system up with dirt container by using the semi circular and square tabs, then slide in
  • Twist dirt cup back together until the arrow with the lock symbol on tank matches arrow on top of tank
  • Remove hose from machine by pinching clips on bottom of hose and pressing “release” button on handle
    • Run a broom handle through hose to remove any clogs
    • If hose is damaged, it will need to be replaced
  • Turn machine over and use a coin or flathead screwdriver to open the 2 locking screws on either side of the brush bar and remove both brush plates
  • Grasp brush from bottom and pull out to remove
    • Clean brush of any debris before reassembling
    • If brush is damaged or does not spin freely by hand, it will need to be replaced
  • If the vacuum still does not have suction, Contact Us
