If you are experiencing No/Low Spray, follow these steps to resolve:
Note: Trigger on handle must be held in order for machine to produce spray
- Does brush window turn blue when trigger is pressed?
- Yes > Continue troubleshooting
- No > A replacement handle is needed > Go to Parts & Supplies
- Clean Water Tank on the back of machine should be full and sitting flush with machine
- Remove tank, fill if needed, and inspect water tank for cracks or leaks
- If tank is damaged, a new one should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies

- Check for cracks on clean water tank lid and rubber gasket
- If lid does not click into place, or any components of the clean water tank are damaged, order a new clean water tank > Go to Parts & Supplies
- Secure the lid closed until it clicks and seat clean water tank back on machine

- Put machine on the docking station > Run the Clean Out Cycle

- Was solution dispensed during the clean out cycle?
- No > Turn machine off and remove from docking station > Go to No Spray Foot and Brush Window
- Yes > Take machine off of docking station > Turn machine on > Recline & hold down trigger to test for spray
- Was there spray?
- Yes > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!
