If you are experiencing No/Low Spray, follow these steps to resolve:
Note: Trigger on handle must be held in order for machine to produce spray
- Clean Water Tank on the back of machine should be full and sitting flush with machine
- Remove tank, fill if needed, and inspect water tank for cracks or leaks
- If tank is damaged, a new one should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies
- Check for cracks on cap and rubber gasket on water tank
- If cap or gasket is damaged, order a new one > Go to Parts & Supplies
- If there are no leaks or cracks in water tank, or cap & gasket, securely install your cap onto tank, place water tank back on machine

- Put machine on the docking station > Run the Clean Out Cycle
- Did the Clean Out Cycle Run?
- No > Turn machine off and remove from docking station > Go to No Spray Foot and Brush Window
- Yes > Take machine off of docking station > Turn machine on > Recline & hold down trigger to test for spray
- Was there spray?
- Yes > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!
