- Fill the tank that is labeled, “clean water tank” with water and formula
- Clean the insert at the bottom of the clean water tank
- Push up on the small round valve on the bottom of the clean water tank to check for water
- If no water comes out of the valve, the tank may need to be replaced
- Set the clean water tank securely into place by lining up the bottom of the tank with the indents on the bottom of the machine
- Press down firmly and check that there are no gaps between the tank and base of the machine
- Gently lift the clean water tank while pressing the trigger OR gently squeeze the clean water tank while pressing the trigger to re-prime the machine
- Remove any tools on hose
- Check for spray by pressing the trigger
- If the wand does not spray, clean the spray nozzle using a paperclip
- If there is still no spray, suction up several tanks of warm, clean, water to clear any clogs in hose
