If you are experiencing No/Low Spray, follow these steps to resolve:
- Make sure battery is fully charged
- A fully charged battery will have 3 blue lights when turned on
- Pull the clean water tank away from the machine at an angle
- Twist to remove the cap
- Add the correct amount of formula according to the user guide
- Rinse the spray tip and tube with warm water
- Reseat the tank firmly
- Turn machine on
- Press spray trigger and gently rock the machine back and forth
