If you are experiencing No/Low Spray you may be holding your machine in an incorrect orientation, follow these steps to resolve:
- Ensure your machine is always in a horizontal position while spraying
- Place machine on flat surface such as a counter or table with a towel in front of it > Turn machine on > Press the spray button
- Has this resolved the issue?
- Yes > Great! Glad we can get you back to cleaning!
- No > Go to Formula Tank
