My Readyclean®/powerease® Upright Carpet Cleaner Has No Power | Support

If you are experiencing No Power, follow these steps to resolve:

  • With the machine unplugged check the entire length of the power cord and plug for damage
    • Is either cord or plug damaged?
      • Yes > visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
      • No > Check to see if outlet is working
        • Test this by plugging in something like a cell phone charger or small appliance
        • If no power to outlet, test a different outlet in a separate room or reset breaker if tripped
  • Has this resolved the issue?
