If you are experiencing No/Low Steam, follow these steps to resolve:

    • Does the trigger make a clicking sound when pressed?
      • No > Contact Us
      • Yes > Fill tank with room temperature water
  • Remove water filter
    • Filter is located below the water tank on the back
    • The hose tube can be removed for easier access
      • Pull from bottom (sideways) & swing outward to remove
  • Does filter have beads?
  • Check color of beads in filter
    • Green/White = Normal
    • Blue/Black/Tan = Needs to be replaced > Go to Parts & Supplies
    • Red/Brown/White = dehydrated beads
  • If filter has beads, soak the filter in cold water for 10-15 minutes to rehydrate
  • Return filter to machine
    • Push the filter into place until flush with machine
    • There should be no gaps
  • Reinstall hose tube
    • Align the tabs on the clear tube with the notches on the machine
    • Swing tube down to align with lower tube
    • Secure into opening
    • Push firmly into place
  • Plug machine in, test for steam
